- Individual (18+): $50.00 Initiation Fee / $40.00 Per Month
- Family: $70.00 Initiation Fee / $60.00 Per Month
- 1 Year Individual: $400.00 / No Initiation Fee
- 1 Year Family: $600 / No Initiation Fee
Membership Prices with 2021 Youth First Tee – NWA Membership (No Initiation Fee). These prices are for those who have purchased a 2021 Youth First Tee – NWA Membership.
